We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
How to Return an Item:

- Contact our customer service team at hi@strengthtorise.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Prepare Your Return:
- Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Pack the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Ship the Item:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please use a trackable shipping service to return your item to us. We recommend keeping the receipt and tracking number as proof of return shipment.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that some items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (such as beauty products), and hazardous materials (including flammable liquids or gases). Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us for further clarification.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. To get the item you want, please return the current item. Once your return is processed and accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item. This approach ensures a smooth and efficient transaction.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 14-day if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To assist us in resolving the issue swiftly, kindly provide detailed evidence such as photos. After this 14-day period has passed, we will no longer be able to accept any inquiries regarding the order.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
