Where do the products ship from?
Our partner warehouses in China manage the shipping. If you order multiple items, they may be sent separately since different warehouses specialize in various products.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing typically takes 1-5 business days, with delivery generally ranging from 1-3 weeks. However, delivery times can vary due to distance, postal service efficiency, or shipping delays. For more precise shipping estimates, contact us at hi@strengthtorise.com.

I've only received part of my shipment. Where are the other items?
Because we use various carriers and ship from multiple locations in China, some items might arrive at different times. To track the status of your remaining items, please email us your name and order number.

What about potential customs fees?
We do not cover customs fees. By placing an order, you agree that you may receive multiple packages and could incur customs charges upon arrival in your country, though this is rare.

What if delivery fails?

We strive to ensure your orders reach you without any issues. However, if a package cannot be delivered after three attempts, the postal service may classify it as undeliverable and, unfortunately, may dispose of it. Once this happens, neither we nor the buyer can retrieve the package.

To avoid this, we recommend arranging for someone to be available to receive the package, such as a neighbor or friend, if you won’t be home.

As a small business, we understand how disappointing this can be for our customers, and we want to be fair in these rare situations. That's why, if a package is destroyed due to delivery failure, we will share the responsibility with you. We will each bear half of the loss, and you will receive a 50% refund for the order.

If an item is unavailable, your payment will be refunded automatically. Alternatively, you may choose another product of equal value.

Delivery and Claims Policy
At Strength To Rise, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely. Please review our policy below regarding claims for lost or stolen packages:

  • Delivery Confirmation
    We use trusted couriers to deliver your items and rely on their tracking information as proof of delivery. In cases where a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, we encourage you to first check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Reporting Lost or Stolen Packages
    If your package appears to be lost or stolen, you must file a report with your local post office or police station. Proof of this report, such as a stolen package report or police file number, must be provided within 14 days of the delivery date to proceed with any claims.

  • Package Investigations
    Once we receive the necessary documentation, we will work with the courier service to investigate the claim. Please note that without proof of a theft report, we will be unable to process any refund or replacement.

  • Courier Liability
    Refunds or replacements are subject to courier policies. If the courier denies a refund due to lack of sufficient proof, Strength To Rise will not be liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • False Claims
    We take fraudulent claims seriously. Any attempt to submit a false claim may result in legal action, and we reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who engage in such activities.
